Tegsoft Management considers corporate information as an extremely valuable asset and conducts all its activities in accordance with the principle of “Protecting Information.” The management and our employees commit to protecting the confidentiality of all information belonging to our customers, employees, company, and stakeholders; ensuring that information remains accurate, up to date, and intact; and enabling its secure use and accessibility whenever required. In this context, Tegsoft aims to establish, operate, and continuously improve the Information Security Management System and commits to the following principles:

• Valuing information and protecting information assets effectively
• Complying with information security obligations arising from applicable legal regulations and contractual requirements related to our activities
• Protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Raising awareness among our employees, customers, and suppliers regarding information security and increasing their awareness of protecting their own and their stakeholders’ information
• Providing the necessary resources, arrangements, and conditions to ensure the continuity of core and supporting business activities with no interruption or minimal disruption
• Ensuring information is safeguarded by effectively managing information security risks
• Defining information security roles and responsibilities and providing the necessary resources accordingly
